On Saturday 7th November 2026, from 9am until 5pm, we’re opening the doors at Willoway Country Park and inviting you to come along, explore the park, meet the team and take a look around the beautiful residential park homes currently available.

Set in the village of Red Lodge, near Bury St Edmunds, Willoway Country Park is a welcoming, gated residential community for the over 45s, designed for those looking for a quieter, more relaxed and low-maintenance way of life. One of Willoway’s biggest attractions is its location. You can enjoy the peace of country living while still being close to the historic market town of Bury St Edmunds, with its fantastic shops, cafés, restaurants, parks and local amenities.

For anyone who loves the idea of a calmer lifestyle but doesn’t want to feel cut off, Willoway offers a lovely balance. The Monte Carlo Parks team will be on hand throughout the day to show you around and talk you through the homes currently available. They can also answer any questions you may have about the buying process, park home living and what making the move could involve. You’ll also be able to enjoy refreshments and a goodie bag during your visit.

And, if you decide Willoway Country Park could be the right place for you, anyone attending the open day can also take advantage of a £1,000 voucher towards the purchase of one of our show homes, subject to terms and conditions. Pictures can give you an idea of the homes and the setting, but an open day gives you the chance to experience the park properly, explore the surroundings and imagine what everyday life here could be like.
