Set in a peaceful, gated location in Linford, near Stanford-le-Hope in Essex, Walton Hall Farm Residential Park offers a welcoming community and a lovely setting for those looking for a comfortable, low-maintenance way of life.

Whether you are actively looking for your next home or are simply curious about what park home living could offer, you are very welcome to come along. There is no pressure and no need to have everything figured out. The day is simply a chance to explore, ask questions and get a feel for whether Walton Hall Farm could be the right place for you.

With nine new show homes available to view, there will be plenty to see on the day. You can step inside the different homes, compare layouts and styles and start to imagine how life at Walton Hall Farm might feel.

Sales Manager Debbie and the team will be on hand throughout the day to show you around, answer your questions and talk you through the homes and plots currently available. They can also explain more about the buying process and help with any practical questions you may have about making the move to residential park home living.

Visitors can also enjoy refreshments and a goodie bag, and anyone attending the open day will be able to take advantage of a £1,000 voucher to use against the purchase of one of our show homes (subject to terms and conditions).
