Do you offer a warranty on park homes?

Are there any ongoing costs of living on the park?

You are responsible for paying council tax (band A) and utility bills the same way as with brick and mortar properties.

Ground rent is also payable that goes towards the maintenance and upkeep of the park. This can increase as set out by Law in the Mobile homes act, this is currently index linked and the process is governed.

Can I leave my home in a will or sell it?

Yes you can, the home forms part of your estate as you own the home and if left in a will the estate will be responsible for the ongoing costs of the home.

If you decide to sell the Seller pays 10% of the sale price to the park operator to cover costs. This figure again is governed in law under the mobile homes act.
