We are pleased to announce that David Clayden has joined Monte Carlo Parks as Operations Manager & Yarwell Park Manager.
With many parks throughout the UK and thousands of important residents it is essential to have a strong and capable operations team in place. David is an important addition to the team and will ensure that high standards are maintained throughout our estates.
David comes with substantial experience in construction and project management, having delivered complex builds in both public and private settings.

David will also be acting Park Manager at Yarwell Mill Country Park. He will be the main point of contact for Yarwell’s many residents and will provide much-valued peace of mind that Yarwell Park will continue to be a beautiful, well-maintained park now and into the future.
